John Powell is an English film composer and music conductor. Based in Los Angeles, California since 1997, he has composed music for over 70 feature films, including Face/Off, the Bourne franchise, Happy Feet, United 93, X-Men: The Last Stand, Wicked, Evolution, Dr. Seuss’ The Lorax, Migration, Drumline, Hancock, The Call of the Wild, Bolt, That Christmas, Thelma the Unicorn, Still: A Michael J. Fox Movie, eight Blue Sky Studios films, and ten DreamWorks Animation films.
