IRON PIER
Iron Pier is an independent record label owned by Xin Li and David Vibert based in Brooklyn, NY. We are interested in the bridges & gaps between pop and darker, often aggressive, music.
We primarily release vinyl records and digital albums, but increasingly we have produced cassettes, photo books, apparel, and a variety of other matter.
The label was founded in 2005 to release records by leading Long Island hardcore bands, as well as several DIY punk and post-punk bands from Brooklyn. Around 2011, David partnered with Xin and the label’s focus shifted to working with national, and Brooklyn-based artists.
