The 50/50’S – Holiday

THE 50/50s formed in 2015 in Osaka, Japan. A rock and roll two-piece blending the essence of garage punk with a blues foundation and thereby creating a unique and powerful music explosion. Since the duo started, they have performed their wild live-shows at the FUJI ROCK FESTIVAL ROOKIE A GO-GO, collaborated with GUITAR WOLF and KING BROTHERS, and travelled to Australia twice. In 2022, the first drummer left the band, but the band resumed with a new drummer, Naruha, in the same year. This is THE 50/50s very first single release including two smashing catchy garage-blues-tunes that will blow your minds instantly! An extremely powerful sound with a huge amount of cool attitude. The uptempo garagepunk/blues-A-side “Holiday” will make you sing and dance along to immediately, while the B-side Is a powerful and extremely catchy blues-punkrock-tune that is just out of this world!
