Bob Dylan’s ninth studio album was recorded in Nashville over 10 days in February 1969, with a group of local session musicians, and released just two months later. It contains one of his most beloved and successful songs in “Lay Lady Lay” as well as a duet with Johnny Cash on a new version of the early Dylan classic “Girl From The North Country”. Other singles from the album include “I Threw It All Away” and “Tonight I’ll Be Staying Here With You”. This release brings the album back in print in vinyl in its original stereo version.
