The band found early inspiration in synth-heavy 80s groups Depeche Mode and New Order establishing their own style by infusing rock and synth elements into compelling live performances. Their hybrid sound is often compared to indie/synth/new wave acts The Naked & Famous, Actors, Cold Cave, Nine Inch Nails, and CHVRCHES, soundtracking life on society’s fringe and drawing a diverse fan base ranging from goths to gospel-lovers, punks to pop enthusiasts. Violent Whispers is a two-LP set that is hand-numbered and limited to 500 copies on translucent 150g “white smoke” vinyl. A Collection spanning 2003 thru 2018 including songs from “The Winter of Our Discontent”, “In Scarlet & Vile”, and more. Additionally included is a digital download code for 16 additional bonus tracks.
