One woman band, Edith Crash is a French singer-songwriter who spent her teen years in Spain before moving to Los Angeles. Her song Casser was remixed by Sokio for the soundtrack to the 2015 Eli Roth film Knock Knock and Partir, her debut album being release in the same year has her quickly becoming a recognized force in the music scene. Recorded by Alain Johannes at 11AD perfect complements her style which has been described as being reminiscent of PJ Havrey and Nastahsa Shneider’s efforts on the Desert Sessions releases. Easily one of the most talked about live acts of the year and this record is sure to end up on plenty of the year’s best lists.
