The Elusive was formed in the summer of 1997. Following the breakup of their band, Corm, Alex Ficker, Dan Chu, and John Davis decided to start a new band that would tour that summer with only a demo tape to sell. Rounded out by Ian Chu and Chris Richards, the band wrote 6 songs and hit the road for some shows in the midwest. Always meant to be a short-term project, the band split in April ’98. Davis and Richards went on to play music together in Q And Not U and Paint Branch. This has been re-mixed by J. Robbin (Jawbox, Burning Airlines) and remastered by Dan Coutant. First time on vinyl, available in two different colors, solid white, and transparent green. For fans of: Corm, Q and Not U, Drive Like Jehu, Hoover.
