Metanoia’s third album, like the earlier two, was released on Rowe Productions in 1999. Vocals are throaty growls most of the time, complemented by occasional shrieking and hoarse shouting, while the brutal songs grind on unmercifully. This one’s for fans of Crimson Thorn and Living Sacrifice. Troy Dunmire’s awesome cover art is guaranteed to be met with disgust and disapproval by the well-intentioned authority figures in your life who don’t get it.
