Optimism Disorder is Sinner Sinners new limited edition vinyl record. The band’s third full-length, Optimism Disorder contains 11 songs plus a bonus twelfth track. The songs on the LP were recorded at Rancho de La Luna in Joshua Tree, California, assorted Los Angeles hide-outs, and engineered in Clermont-Ferrand France. Sinner Sinners is a Dutch-French ultrasonic fusion formed by married couple Sam and Steve Thill in 2009. After the release of the band’s initial album in 2011, the dark duo relocated from France to Los Angeles. The sound of Sinner Sinners is a Molotov cocktail thrown in the street, exploding with the intensity of early ’80s hardcore fused with an incendiary ’70s goth punk ethos. Whichever side of the dark flare (or disorder) you may fancy, Optimism Disorder burns with a neurotic post-punk brightness guaranteed to spontaneously combust your senses on impact. The record’s all-over red jacket features matte lamination and UV spot gloss. The vinyl comes in two different color configurations we call disorder #1 and disorder #2. Both disorders are a schizophrenic blend of opaque and translucent hues sure to short circuit your brain. The run is limited to 500 copies (250 of each color).
