GHOST TOWN – SKY IS FALLING

$19.60

The debut album by Auckland alt country, post-Beatles balladeers Ghost Town is out now and garnering rave reviews by music critics. Released on vinyl and download on Feb 24, GHOST TOWN’s “Sky is Falling” is a collaboration between legendary NZ post punk and electronic music pioneer Jed Town (The Features, Fetus Productions, ICU ) and co-writer and singer Mark Beesley ( Dean Savage). The album marks something of a musical departure for Town whose seminal 1980 post punk Features recordings were re-released on vinyl last year by Flying Nun. The 8-track album includes a cover of David Wiffen’s Driving Wheel made famous in 1970 by Tom Rush. It entered the NZ Album Music charts at Number 12.
