LUSCIOUS JACKSON – BABY DJ

Baby DJ is the first and only Luscious Jackson album for kids under 8. It was written and recorded in Brooklyn, NY. When Luscious Jackson members became parents, the band decided to create an album for kids that would also be listenable for parents (yes, they found a lot of kids music cloying and annoying). It contains nine songs with the same New York City groove you may know from their hits Naked Eye and Ladyfingers from the 1990’s. Songs like Freeze Dance and Baby DJ are party anthems, while Coconut Icee is a walk through the city on a summer day.
