The album “The Crunch” was recorded over 8 years and in 4 different studios, including his own studio MooseCat Recording in Los Angeles, Abbey Road Studios in London, Loho Studios in New York and Red Rockets Glare in LA and Portland. A departure from his other bands Young Creatures and Carly & the Universe, Post’s solo effort draws from more traditional folk influences, while still delivering a range of styles including indie folk, rock, and pop.
