Female fronted talk-mo from the cursed Elgin, Illinois scene. Something Good Has Got To Come From All These Goodbyes compiles The Lazarus Plot’s complete recordings_ their 1998 debut 2×7″, The End EP, split with Long Live Nothing, a stray V/A, and two previously unissued songs, with accompanying 24-page booklet of lyrics and photos crafted by thee Laura Laurent. A secret teenage diary of grief and longing, set to music inspired by pre-internet Louisville and Chicago. No regrets.
