DEEP WOUND – DEEP WOUND

24 track vinyl compilation, put together by J.MASCIS, and collecting all the material ever recorded by his first band DEEP WOUND. Besides Mascis on drums, the band featured LOU BARLOW on guitar, as well as Scott Helland on bass and Charlie Nakajima on vocals. They were a Massachusetts hardcore band formed in 1982, and (along with Siege) are often noted as being one of the early inspirations for Grindcore.
